Yogurt is a huge part of Indian household and you will find it in most of the Indian homes. We believe yogurt aids in digestion and therefore having it during and after meal is very common in Indian families. When I heard about Dannon’s Light and Fit Tiramisu Yogurt I had to try it out for myself. Tiramisu is one of my favorite dessert and to have a yogurt flavored with Tiramisu sounded just out of this world.
When the package arrived my little one ‘S’ and I were excited. I was excited to try the new Tiramisu flavor while ‘S’ was more interested in having her favorite snack. We received 12 containers of the yogurt. We immediately stored 11 containers in the refrigerator and proceeded to taste one of them.
Did I mention that Greek yogurt is my little one’s favorite snack? Yes it is. So after grabbing one she immediately opened it. I have to say she was not very impressed with the way it looked. The yogurt had a pale greyish color and because of its appearance she was afraid to try it out. After some coaxing she agreed to try a little bit of it (very little she told me).
However, the minute she placed a spoonful in her mouth I could tell from her expression that she loved it. Although she she was not familiar with the Tiramisu flavor she loved the taste of Dannon’s Light & Fit Tiramisu Greek Non-fat yogurt. Within minutes she finished the whole container.
I personally have a sweet tooth but due to my health, I refrain from having desserts. They are however days when the sweet cravings can get to you. Dannon’s Lit & Fit Greek Tiramisu yogurt contains only 80 calories and 0% fat per 5.3 oz container. So having this Tiramisu yogurt is kind of guilt free pleasure for me. I can have my sweet treat and not feel bad about it either.

I love yogurt and recently I have been asked to eat yogurt everyday by my doctor. This flavor sounds interesting,I will have to give it a try.
Tiramisu is one of my favorite desserts EVER. I think I might have to look for this at Wegmans!
I love Tiramisu cake but haven’t tried the flavor in yoghurt. It must taste divine. Will look for it at the supermarket.
DO they have HFCS still? I think some of their stuff took a lot of the questionable ingredients out, which is great!

I love Dannon and their yogurt. I especially love the fruit on the bottom. Huge fan of them and this reminds me that I need to pick up some on Friday when I go grocery shopping.

I love this yogurt. Tiramisu has always been one of my favorite flavors of anything and I love that this is guilt free.
