Show your Support for “A Billion Entrepreneurs” Documentary

March 18, 2014 by Babita

Last Updated on March 18, 2014 by Babita

Have you heard of the documentary “A Billion Entrepreneurs”? Recently, I was offered an opportunity to write about this documentary and the director Jimmy Newson’s 14 day global crusade to appear on late night TV.

First let me start with the documentary. It is a feature length film that follows real entrepreneurs from all walks of life. These self-made entrepreneurs include Adrienne, Brian, Fritzi, Ken and his daughters Katherine and Isabelle, Pam, Rand, and Rick. Each one of these entrepreneurs shares a glimpse into their lives and talk about their road to success and purpose in life. Check out this inspirational trailer from the documentary.

The purpose of this documentary is to inspire entrepreneurship in regular folks. Everyone in this film along with the director Jimmy Newson believes in the new definition of entrepreneur, which is “taking responsibility for outcomes”. I think as bloggers, we are familiar with this concept. After all there are many bloggers who started with nothing and have turned blogging into a successful business proving they have been responsible for their outcomes.

At the end of this documentary Jimmy Newson wants us to leave with one thought and that is “I can do it”.

A Billion Entrepreneurs

Now let me inform you about Jimmy Newson’s 14-day global crusade to appear on late night TV. He wants our support to appear on shows like The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel and others to talk and promote his “A Billion Entrepreneurs” documentary. Check out his YouTube channel here, where he has posted some pretty humorous videos trying to gain momentum for his crusade.

Here is how you can help him with his crusade. First of all subscribe to his YouTube Channel and watch his videos. Secondly interact, like and comment on the videos.

Last but not least, check out his crowd-funding website at abethemovie.com and make a donation. You can pledge anywhere from $10 to $7,000 with perks including signed copies of the DVD to two tickets to the movie premier and after party in New York City or Los Angeles.

I personally hope Jimmy Newson and his team good luck, and hope he succeeds with his 14 day global crusade to appear on late night TV.

I love watching motivational speakers, I would love to run my own bussiness some day. I think that’s partly why blogging appeals to me so much.
I would love to own my own hair salon some day.

I think we all have a bit of “entrepreneur” in us just waiting for that chance to break out and make our plans and dreams come true. Most bloggers are entrepreneurs in their own right and have managed success in their fields in some for or another.

I wish this team good luck and I hope the reach their goal.
